Fixed the dash and added an easy way to check if the dash is available

In this patch we fixed some bugs where the dash would often activate the wrong way. We also added a wheel in the top left corner to see when the dash is available.
PS. This is only available on the Web version of the game.

Bug
The wheel in the top left is supposed to be more to the corner but forgot to change a value. This will be fixed in the next patch.
